We are third generation family farmers who are passionate about the health of our soils because we believe this is vital in providing good quality food to our consumers in a way that nurtures and regenerates the soil life. Our property is situated on the southern end of the beautiful Atherton Tableland in FNQ.

For nearly 20 years we have been providing small quantities of avocados to our family and friends, with nothing but praise for the quality of our product. However through the big corporate supermarkets supply chain, praise is rare and there is always something wrong; size or shape, bumpy vs smooth and this doesn’t have anything to do with the fruit being good.

We would prefer that our success is based on our ability to provide avocados that the consumer enjoys.

Our mission is to provide affordable, syntropic organic fruit to everyone. Purchase our unripened Avocados either through your local independent retailer or online, and allow them to ripen slowly in your refrigerator and simply take one out when you want to use it in a day or so. Each avocado has been carefully picked & packed to reach you in peak nutritional condition this means our avocados are cheaper, larger and better tasting than fruit available through major supermarkets to our customers. They are also less bruised as they haven’t sat on shelf at a big supermarkets and squeezed for ripeness repetitively.  Avocados ripen once picked from the tree so when you get your avos, please put what you cannot eat in the next few days in the crisper of your refrigerator. This will slow the ripening process. If you want to ripen fruit faster leave them out of the fridge with some bananas. How do you know when it is ripe? The avocado is soft, but not mushy when gentle pressure is applied. Ripe avocados can be stored in the refrigerator in a plastic bag where they will usually last another 3-5 days.
